Meet Our Leadership
State Director- Florida
Ron DeRosa
Ron DeRosa is currently serving as President of
Volusia County, Florida chapter. Because of his passion, leadership and
willingness to help the business community in Florida, Ron was appointed State Director.
With five chapters in Florida and growing, Ron
plans on having hundreds of local chapters throughout the state of Florida to give a much
needed advantage to the business owner.
Ron DeRosa is a small business owner with a full
spirited entrepreneurial mindset and an unwavering belief in Free Enterprise. Ron’s
20 year career in sales includes 16 continuous years in the payment processing
industry, or (merchant services). Ron has worked for Fortune 1000 Companies as
a Sales Executive, Senior Account Executive and Sales Manager, and went on to
become a partner in a successful payment processing firm. Now, he is a small
businessowner himself, as he currently owns Sheron Enterprises, Inc.,
aFlorida based payment processing agency. Ron is and has always been a
true professional offering a refreshingly honest and consultative natured
relationship to his clients.
Understanding the
challenges small business owners are faced with today, Mr. DeRosa is excited
about the MainStreetChamber program in Florida and helping small businesses in
his local communities (around Daytona Beach, Florida) realize the many benefits
that are offered. Ron is confident that the MainStreetChamber movement will
help small businesses grow, hire more employees and thus, strengthen the local
community.
Ron was born &
raised on Long Island, NY but visiting family in Florida during
the cold winter months provided all the motivation needed for Ron to graduate
H.S. in NY and promptly move to Florida.
Ron went to College and lived in Ft. Lauderdale for
the next 15 years. Ron is married to his lovely wife Sheryl, has two fine boys,
Matthew & Mitchell. He enjoys coaching youth basketball, investing, playing
racquetball, surf kayaking and traveling.

Nick Meima
Nick Meima immediately saw a need for the
businesses in Colorado
and knew MainStreetChamber was the vehicle to fill that need. Nick humbly
accepted the position of State Director and looks forward to making
MainStreetChamber present in every business community throughout Colorado.
Currently serving as President of the Boulder-Denver chapter, Nick Meima has a
broad business background having been Board member and CEO of a few large non-
profit organizations. As an experienced owner of several businesses, Nick knows
firsthand the challenges facing today’s entrepreneur and plans on helping the
business community meet those challenges head on through new initiatives and
providing a platform to engage businesses with interactive connections.
Nick
has a passion for helping individuals and business owners grow their business
and support their personal and professional dreams. Giving back to the
community in the form of helping and supporting local non-profit organizations
is also essential for Nick.
