For this month's recipe, I have the perfect dessert for your holiday parties!  I've been making it for several years and it's always a hit.  Check out my Chocolate Eclair Ring!  Okay...I know what you're thinking...it's not very figure-friendly...but it sure is tasty and we don't have treats like this very often.  This ring can be prepared a day ahead and will not taste soggy the next day.  Enjoy!  Any F
