NYS PTA Unit Receives Scam Email

Washington State PTA recently found out that two of their PTAs and one council were targets of an email scam.

Hackers sent messages, posting as PTA presidents, requesting that their treasurers initiate a wire transfer for the purpose of procuring equipment for the school.
