MemberHub Info

Dania Welch, Membership/Insurance Manager

Dear Unit Leader,

Finding ways to increase our support for your unit remains our highest priority.

In August 2017, we launched MemberHub, a free family engagement and unit management software. Nearly half of units are currently using this software to great success!

Today, we are excited to announce that we will be moving our NYS PTA membership portal to the MemberHub platform for the next membership year, which begins July 1, 2018. However, your MemberHub site will be available to enter new officers starting May 1, 2018.

This move will give our units the most flexibility and improved functionality while providing your schools with this important family engagement software for free.

Just a few of the many benefits: you'll be able to easily solicit, track and manage members, communicate with both members and non-members in your school, and use electronic echeck debit from your checking account for state membership dues. Plus the MemberHub system is extremely user friendly for both units and parents.

You can also set up sign ups and payments in MemberHub for your own unit activities and fundraisers, and things like MySchoolBucks are already included in this software.

During this transition, we will be providing more information and training over the coming months. So stay tuned!
