The JFK Airport Plaza is scheduled to open May 2013 and will have the following world-class tenants:

The location consists of 2 lots totaling nearly 6 acres located between 147th Ave and 150th Avenue within the grounds of JFK Airport. Airport Plazas will invest $12,000,000 into the site and is expected to create over 75 permanent jobs, and employ many more for construction.

JFK Airport Plaza will be the second New York Metro airport development, with Newark Liberty International Airport Plaza. Other locations in progress include: Ft. Myers International Airport, Indianapolis International Airport, Cleveland International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Nashville International Airport.
