Rate Management Tool

Now updating pricing is even more convenient with the new Rate Management Tool.  This new feature allows the user the ability to upload multiple rates, various start and stop dates, and corresponding terms & conditions (T&C) to those rates.  Easy to follow, step by step instructions are available on the website for quick reference, along with an exportable template for easy uploading.

 

In addition to loading multiple rates, this same process can be done for Spanish-speaking customers too.   

Small C&I Enrollments

Enrollments for small C&I customers can now be made on the CAS website or through our web services program.  Whether your sales team is on the road or in the office, enrolling your small C&I customers is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Promotional Codes

There are a variety of ways to utilize promotional codes in your marketing campaign.  Rather than being limited to using only one or two in a campaign, we have the ability to handle multiple promotional codes for all of your marketing resources.  Whether you are sending renewals to existing customers offering them a special renewal rate or just marketing to specific zip codes, we can process those various enrollments based on your promotional codes.
