We would like to wish you a Healthy and Happy New Year! 2020 has certainly been a challenging year for our community, country and the world. The extraordinary work of our scientists and planners to develop and distribute the vaccines for Covid-19 will hopefully result in a trend toward improved infection rates, fewer hospitalizations, and the beginning of the return to our normal way of life.

We started this medical practice in 2003 as a way to practice medicine in the tradition of personal care and attention. Seventeen years later, we continue to maintain our core values but have found our old-fashioned billing practices need modernization. We have heard from many patients that they no longer use or have checks, and the mailed invoices and return envelopes get lost in the shuffle of everyday life and the postal service.

We will be moving to an ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment system where we will automate the payment process through your bank. This will simplify the process for everyone, and we suspect this is how you already take care of many of your recurring payments. In fact, some patients have been using ACH payments with us for years.

You will now be receiving our invoice as an email from our partner, Bill.com--an industry leader in secure and efficient processing of bank transfers. Simply click on the “Pay Invoice Electronically,” and it will direct you to set up an account that can be used for either one time only, recurring, or automatic payments—your personal choice.

Dr. Katzman will be starting this service immediately, and Dr. DeLaney will start in July when her fiscal year begins. Our office staff is available to assist you in setting up your account.

However, if you prefer to continue paying by check, the mailing address is noted on the invoice for your convenience.
