Dear Friends,
No doubt you’re all planning for your Christmas getaway, and counting down the remaining days to being with your family and friends. I know the feeling. I miss my Mummy so much; I can’t wait for my Christmas hug, and her out of this world cooking!! On a cooking note, check out Let’s Dine! for Holiday Bratt Stuffing; a mouthwatering Turkey stuffing that will make for an unforgettable Christmas Dinner!
For those of you who have taken on the role of Santa, running around buying gifts, heaving Christmas trees into place, hauling bags and bags of groceries; I suggest you take extra caution with your lower-backs. Excessive running around and being overloaded, can easily put a strain on this area. Take a moment, read the Stats & Facts segment, and release unnecessary stress!

Time to put some things on the back-burner...
The Holidays should be the embodiment of all things good, comfort, relaxation, enjoyment, happiness, fun, laughter, and unforgettable times spent with the family and other special people in our lives. Unfortunately, recent statistics, indicate that for many Americans, the Holidays is the most stressful time of the year. Many are left, exhausted, depressed, unhappy, and confused as to where the time went! For some it a period of time that they would prefer to forget.

| Stabilization |

Superman - Stability Ball Exercise
This exercise will take a little strength and significant focus; and places emphasis on full-body stabilization and coordination.

-
Begin by laying your body centrally on the ball with your hands and knees on the floor, back straight and abdominals tight.
-
Slowly raise right arm and left leg up until level with the body, holding your balance and keeping torso tight.
-
Lower your arm and leg back down, and repeat with the left arm and right leg.
-
Remember to breathe slowly and deeply.
Take your time, this exercise will challenge you on several levels! ~SG. |
