Leading by Example!
Winding down ...Looking forward. | |
 |
| Me, at the WNBF Pro Universe, Sept. 2011 |
Dear GayleFORCE Fitness Readers,
Well, it’s been a whirlwind of a year, beginning with shoulder surgery in January and winding down with the 2011 World Championships this past November. Along the way, I’ve met so many great people, and received wonderful feedback on all that I have done and my vision for GayleFORCE Fitness & Lifestyle Enhancement.
Yes, it’s definitely been a good, albeit tiring year! So, believe me when I say I’m looking forward to spending Christmas with my family and friends. Oh, and I intend to thoroughly savor every morsel of my Christmas Dinner, desert, and a few miscellaneous goodies too!
Speaking of morsels, check out Let’s Dine! for the Glazed Ham with Apricots and Accordion Potatoes Holiday Recipes, and add them to your list of dishes at the family table. They’re sure to have everyone digging in and coming back for seconds.
And, for those of you who are left feeling guilty after eating a tad bit too much (going back for 2nds even though you were already stuffed ;-) checkout the GayleFORCE Fit. You’ll definitely want to add this Intermediate/Advanced Chest Exercise to your workout routine in the New Year.
On that note, I wish you all a Warm, Cozy, and Joyous Christmas Holiday!
Yours in Health! Sharon Gayle, MA. BA. ACE-PT. *INBF World Figure Champion *WNBF Professional Figure Competitor *MRI Brand Ambassador *Team Supreme Athlete

As a multi-sport high school athlete, I always thought that I was in good shape. After completing one full year with Sharon, I now know what it feels like to be in great shape. I'm bigger, stronger, and faster now! Sharon really cares if you're doing well. I can't thank her enough for helping me realize my goals and giving me the self-confidence I now have. Thanks again! ~Kyle Glise - Long Island City, NY. |
