One significant update was the revamping my website to include links to Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn; offering clients, fans, readers, and other inquiring minds, more ways to stay tuned and connect to me. You'll be in the know, be able to send me messages, ask questions, and see additional photographs, not in the website galleries, etc.

New services are being offered such as Executive Wellness, which will answer to the needs of the busy executive with limited time, but who wants to stay in peak condition; and GayleFORCE Competitor for those who desire to challenge themselves further, in the pursuit of becoming a Physique Competitor or Bodybuilder. This was a highly requested addition!
