Recap of 2009

I.  March 2009. We moved to our great new location. 36% of our patients attended our Open House and we had a great time.  Thanks so much for your support and friendship during the transition!!

II.  May 2009.  We reconnected with our old friends and colleagues at Arizona Audiology Network (AAN) --respected audiologists in the Tucson community for over 20 years.  You can visit all of us at the AAN website:  http://arizonaaudiologynetwork.com/

III.  June 2009. Holly was surprised and deeply honored by Dr James Jerger, the "Father of Audiology" who singled her out in his new book "Audiology in the USA" as the foremost author on pratice management issues for private practitioners in our field.

IV.  September 2009. We started a weekly blog as a way to send you information and learn things ourselves. Here a few highlights with links to click if they peak your interest:

V.  November 2009. We started our monthly newsletter to round up and round out our communication efforts.  Our first issue urged everyone to come in and get free ear protection.  We were delighted to hear from Dr Gail Gudmundsen, a Chicago-based expert on ear protection, who wrote:

"Thanks for having me on your mailing list. I have to offer a suggestion; can't help myself.  You would be doing your patients a greater service by giving away flat-attenuation earplugs and telling them all the benefits."

Wow, we're all about "greater service" and with an offer like that, who can refuse?  Dr Gudmundsen has graciously agreed to to tell us more about "flat attenuation earplugs" and explain the benefits to everyone right here in 2010! 

This is a loooong newsletter, but a lot has happened this year.  We can't wait to see and share with you in 2010!!
