When & why did you begin bass fishing? I got my first taste of bass fishing when I was 7 and when I got in my teens and early twenties, the fascination began.
What has been your most memorable moment when it comes to fishing so far? A night tourney with friend Rob, we had an 8 fish limit of 28 lbs in the first hour with 11 hours of fishing left.
Biggest catch; when, where & how: Twelve four pounders on Bow Lake with jig on 9/11/01 in four hours.
Do you have a good luck charm or certain thing you do when it comes to fishing? If so, what is it? Coffee in the morning helps because I don’t sleep much before fishing. [32210]

What would it mean to you to win the 2010 TBFNC in Knoxville, TN? It would mean that some skill and a lot of luck, that anyone of TBF can do it. It’s all in TIMING.

What has been your most memorable moment when it comes to fishing so far? Winning the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Divisional Tournament & Fishing in the Nationals in 2003.
Biggest catch; when, where & how: 19.1lbs for a 4 fish limit; 2008 Mid-Atlantic/ Lake Erie.
Name someone who is a hero to you or would like to meet someday? My Dad is my hero, he is 77 years young and is still fishing in 25-30 tournaments a year.
What would it mean to you to win the 2010 TBFNC in Knoxville, TN? An opportunity to fish the FLW Tour & FLW Cup against some of the best anglers in the country.

When & why did you begin bass fishing? At a young age my grandfather took me fishing. My uncle worked for a coal company and he was able to get permission to fish the strip pits. Awesome fishing!
What has been your most memorable moment when it comes to fishing so far? Definitely qualifying for the TBFNC and making the Indiana State Team, because Indiana has such great fishermen. I never would have dreamed of making either one.
Biggest catch; when, where & how: Largemouth Bass would be a little over 9 lbs on Lake Okeechobee (top water). Smallmouth would be 5lb 11 oz on Lake St. Clair, Michigan (tube).
Do you have a good luck charm or certain thing you do when it comes to fishing? If so, what is it? Good luck charm would be my wife. When I’m fishing for fun or in a tournament she always tells me good luck and how good she knows I will do.

What would it mean to you to win the 2010 TBFNC in Knoxville, TN? It would be a life changing experience. I cannot imagine going from being a college student to a professional bass fisherman
