ATTENTION TBF CLUBS & MEMBERS    **VERY IMPORTANT**

We need your help!

TBF Members, Club Presidents, and Administrators

First THANK YOU for your support of the federation, on behalf of all the staff we want to make sure we are providing you with every possible benefit as a TBF and FLW Outdoors member and we need your help.

It is extremely important if your address changes we need it changed in our online system!  Everything runs off that system: Newsletters so you know what is going on, insurance AND FLW Outdoors uses our roster updates for magazine addresses. So, in order to receive YOUR FLW Outdoors magazine without delay, YOUR correct TBF/FLW membership cards, and ALL benefits associated with membership and Youth, Club, Divisional, or National tournaments we need your latest information!  With the economy and the rising cost of postage we need your help; recently, we have had a rash of bad addressed submitted to TBF resulting in returned magazines to FLW Outdoors, members not getting their benefits, and wasted money.  So, we need your help to keep things rolling.  Simply, let your club president/administrator know about the address change or just give us a call at the national office, 580-765-9031.

Club Presidents and Administrators PLEASE check and verify EVERY address of every member in your club BEFORE you update your roster each year and anytime it changes during the year. It is critically important.

Also, remind all your buddies if they have an email address to make sure it’s in our system as well!  They will receive TBF E-news updates just like this one about everything going on in your organization and it will help make your life easier! They will also get maximum benefits from being a member and receiving the latest news about member discounts, auctions, youth programs, conservation projects and causes, tournament info and all things fishing!

TBF is a 100% member owned company, the only one in the industry. “We are owned by those we serve and dedicated to the sport of fishing.”  TBF is the oldest and largest organized grassroots fishing, youth and conservation organization there is.  Please help us continue to serve YOU and not waste YOUR organizations funds, by keeping your information up to date in the system. Please call on us anytime if we can help.

Thank you all for being members of TBF and we hope you catch the fish of a lifetime in 2011!
