Dr. Lee Duncan has been named the new Executive Vice-President of The Master's College (TMC), taking over for Dr. Mark Tatlock.

Dr. Tatlock announced that he is leaving the position to devote his full attention to providing leadership to The Master's Academy International (TMAI.org).  He plans to continue teaching courses at The Master's College and Seminary.

Dr. Duncan brings a wealth of experience to the postion.  He has spent the past three-and-a-half years as the Associate Executive Director of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accrediting agency.  Prior to that, he served as a part of the leadership team at TMC and was the Administrator of Santa Clarita Christian School (Canyon Country) for 16 years.  He also served as Headmaster of Calvary Baptist Academy, Executive Director of the Illinois Association of Christian Schools and Administrator of Marquette Manor Baptist Academy.

Dr. Duncan holds a doctorate in Education Leadership, a master's degree in Bible and a master's degree in Education Administration.

He is scheduled to step into his new position on Jan. 1.
