Heading into the final event of the season, the Billabong Pipe Masters, three surfers remain mathematically in contention for the 2012 ASP World Title: Joel Parkinson (AUS), 31, Kelly Slater (USA), 40, and Mick Fanning (AUS), 31. The Billabong Pipe Masters, the third jewel of the Vans Hawaiian Triple Crown of Surfing, will be run from December 8 – 20, 2012.

16th Annual Johnny Romano Skate Jam Raises Over 85K for Make A Wish Foundation

It was another amazing year at the 16th Annual Johnny Romano Skate Jam, where once again skateboarding came together at the Southside Skatepark in Houston, Texas to help raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Check out the DC team ripping the course with Nyjah Huston taking home both the Best Trick on the A-Frame rail and the Zumiez Best Trick down the hubba and handrail, and Evan Smith winning the Bowl Jam and the Zumiez Destroyer award. It was another great year with more than $85,000 raised for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
