Side Trip/Journey: Celebrating Life opens October 3 to mark National Breast Cancer Awareness month. Join us on First Friday, 6 - 9 PM, for a party to celebrate life and raise funds for the Pretty In Pink Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to provide financial assistance to uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients with quality, life-saving medical treatment regardless of their ability to pay.

This invitational exhibition celebrates North Carolina's Bluegrass heritage. World of Bluegrass is the annual bluegrass music homecoming, taking place September 30-October 4 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The week features four separate events and hundreds of offerings for every bluegrass professional and music fan! For additional informationon the Festival, click here. Opening Reception is October 3, 6-9 PM.

This should be an interesting exhibition. All art is based on scientific research, in collaboration with scientists, or a grown-up version of a science fair experiment!
