The Tunnel Radio UltraComm® technology family can now be configured to perform RFID functions as our popular Tunnel Radio MineAx® Tracking system. With the addition of our MineAx® RFID Expansion Module, UltraComm® series networks can be seamlessly integrated into the Tunnel Radio MineAx® Digital Tracking System.

| Digital Amplifier with Reader Feature |
Integrated with Tunnel Radio TMS system, MineAx® provides a complete technology suite that is Network Compatible and IP ready for today's modern mine.
Built on the proven TR-500B2 technology, the new TR-550D (Digital Capable) amplifier enhances system reliability by adding Automatic Gain Control (AGC). The TR-550D and TR-155D amplifier detects and corrects for system gain imbalances by adjusting the down link and up link gains to correspond to the state of the system. The result is a robust system with a significantly improved noise floor and requiring less manual amplifier adjustments.
Combining reliable VHF or UHF Ultracomm® systems with RFID reader capabilities and sophisticated system monitoring sets the Tunnel Radio Ultracomm® family of amplifiers apart from other amplifiers in their class.
