PAMIS eCAF Sunset and Transition to Kuali
Proposal submission transition processes
By June 20th, researchers should submit an eCAF to RED for all anticipated proposals having a sponsor deadline between June 22 - July 6, 2023. |

If a researcher cannot submit an eCAF by June 20th, such researcher will need to follow the three-step interim eCAF proposal process identified here. |

Track Important Cutoff Dates
Is your department ready for cutover & fiscal close?
Be sure to track important department cutover and fiscal close activities. Take note of deadline dates, after which you cannot add new transactions to legacy systems. Review the "Key System Conversion Periods" tab for guidance on involving central offices in exceptional cases during the transition, as applicable.
