MEET REMINDERS: PVAC vs UMAC

DIVING:

at HOME, on SATURDAY. Warm up at 8 AM; meet starts at 8:30 AM.

SWIMMING:

GIRLS are AWAY: warm up at 10:30 AM, meet starts at 11 AM. The meet will be held at Perkiomen Valley High School, 509 Gravel Pike (Rte 29), Collegeville, PA 19426. Please enter off Trappe Road, and pull around to the left side of the school at the back pool entrance.

BOYS are HOME: Warm up at 1 PM, meet starts at 1:30 PM.

Swimmers should plan to arrive 15 minutes before warm up is scheduled to begin.

 If your swimmer will NOT be at the meet, let the coaches know NOW! Parents of boys should email Coach Sergey at umacboyscoach11@gmail.com, girls should email Coach Tim at umacgirlscoach@gmail.com . Last minute emergencies or illnesses on the day of the meet – in addition to emailing, please call as well. Girls - call Coach Tim at 484-868-4208; Boys, call Coach Sergey at 248-470-0505.

WANTED: DESIGNER

We are looking for someone to design a graphic to put in the upper left hand front corner of the t-shirts that we’ll be selling at the Last Chance Meet this year. The graphic will be printed in dark blue or black, with the words “Upper Merion Last Chance Meet 2012” (or some such) accompanying a small design. If this is up your alley, contact Missi Besz at mbesz12@verizon.net for more details on what’s involved.

NEW INVITATIONAL POSTED

The “Pennsbury Splash” Invitational, to be swum on January 15, has now been posted. Another fun meet, this is open only to swimmers ages 12 and under. This will be the last invitational before our own Last Chance Meet, so sign up now!

FRIDAY, 12/30 and SATURDAY, 12/31, at COUNCIL ROCK HIGH SCHOOL NORTH

ENTRIES DUE TO DECEMBER 16 (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!)

This meet is open to all swimmers. 8 and unders swim on Friday morning; 9’s and 10’s on Friday afternoon; and 11’s and up on Saturday morning.
