   This week we have experienced some of the coldest temperatures on record in the Rocky Mountain West, and while the fishing season is still many months away, we are all getting the itch to get out on the water.  In this day of technology, you don't even have to leave your bed on a cold winter morning to be virtually swept away to your favorite trout stream, casting big dry flies, and enjoying a day on the river.

   During the past summers, WCA partnered with Mike Pawlawski and Familiar Waters TV show.  Shown on the Outdoor Channel, Mike and the Familiar Waters crew travel the world in search of the greatest fly fishing destinations.   Be sure to tune into the Outdoor Channel this weekend to see the WCA team take Mike Pawlawski down into the Teton Canyon and show him one of the most unique fly fishing experiences in the Western United States!!!
