Wine Tasting - BBQ - Yoga - Relaxation - Cultural Retreat
September 18-19 週末に榛名アドベンチャーズのキャンプサイトに来て充電して下さい。この週末は日々の生活ですり減らされたり、都市での仕事からストレス解消のお手伝いをしましょう。5つのメインイベントがあなたの週末を特別にします。
1.ワインテイスティングパーティーが2回開かれ、ワインに合ったバーベキュー、魚、肉、季節の野菜を選びます。3ヶ国語の話せる専任のワインアドバイザーのレギ氏がワインテイスティングとバーベキューを監修します。
2.ヨガレッスンは2回開催され、タオワークショップは動作と呼吸法に絞ってエクササイズをして感情のコントロールや中心にある精神力を鍛えます。エクササイズはわかりやすく実用的でこのレッスンを覚えて帰れば毎日の練習に有効な方法になるでしょう。
3.1400年の歴史ある地元の榛名神社を案内します。
4.近くにある自然の滝を訪れ、泳いだり、リラックスします。
5.リラックスした山のキャンプサイトにあるバンガローに宿泊します。
Come and recharge in the natural surroundings of Mt. Haruna Adventures Campsite for a weekend. This weekend will be tailored to help you de-stress from the daily grind of living and working in the city. There will be five (5) main events to make your weekend extra special.
1. Two (2) wine tasting happenings with wines carefully selected to match two (2) gourmet BBQ of fish, meat, and seasonal vegetables. Mr. Regis, a dedicated trilingual wine adviser will manage both wine tasting BBQ meals.
2. Two (2) Yoga/Universal Tao workshops that will focus on movement and breathing exercises to help you control your emotions and strengthen your inner core. Exercises will be simple and practical so that you can take them home and implement them into your daily exercise practice.
3. Guided visit to the local 1,400-year old Haruna shrine.
4. Numerous visits to nearby waterfalls for swimming and relaxation.
5. Simple bungalow accommodation on a relaxing mountain campsite.
