Study: CEOs Receive Lowest Pay Increase in 5 Years
|
|
CEOs received the lowest pay increase in 5 years and for the first time also in 5 years, shareholders experienced a negative return. The ninth annual study, which is conducted by the Hay Group division of Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY), examined all forms of pay for CEOs at 300 companies with revenue in excess of $9.2 billion in fiscal year 2015.

Total SEC Enforcement Actions Against Public Companies, Subsidiaries Rise

A report released by the NYU Pollack Center for Law & Business and Cornerstone Research finds that U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcements against public companies and their subsidiaries increased more than 50 percent in fiscal year 2015 and are on a pace to equal or exceed that high-water mark in FY 2016.

Lincoln Financial Elects Deirdre P. Connelly to Serve on Board of Directors

Lincoln Financial Group announced today that Deirdre P. Connelly has been elected to serve on its Board of Directors. Connelly served from February 2009 until her retirement in February 2015 as president of North American Pharmaceuticals at GlaxoSmithKline. Before joining GlaxoSmithKline, she was with Eli Lilly and Company for 26 years, culminating with her role as president of U.S. Operations from June 2005 to January 2009.
