Ouchi-juku is a charming village in Fukushima Prefecture that will transport you to Japan from a bygone era. During the Edo Period Ouchi-juku was a post town that served travellers journeying to and from the capital, and to this day it retains the atmosphere of yesteryear thanks to the well-preserved streets and traditional thatched-roof houses.

Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan Opening 4 Feb 2021

Super Nintendo World will be opening at Universal Studios Japan on February 4 2021, bringing the beloved Nintendo worlds to life. Read on for a sneak peek of Bowser’s Castle and more information on the world’s first interactive Mario Kart-themed ride.

JR West’s new ‘Potel’ brand hopes to be a gateway for exchanges between people from inside and outside Japan. This is evident from the name, a combination of the words ‘port’ and ‘hotel’, but also in the thoughtfully designed spaces that inspire exploration, interaction and relaxation.
