Intelligent building controls from Priva Building Intelligence Ltd have been specified on the prestigious new Chase High School located in Essex. The facility’s specification includes several sustainable technologies including TermoDeck, a system that uses cooler night air to cool the building. Ultimately, the Priva BMS will control all hot water, HVAC/extraction requirements, as well as providing energy monitoring for the utilities.
