PLANTSCAPE’S SECURITY PLANTER MOUNTS A STRONG DEFENCE AGAINST A SPEEDING HEAVYWEIGHT

Floral features supplier Plantscape’s new security products division has passed another significant milestone after one of its planters brought a seven-and-a half-ton truck to a halt. The Derbyshire-based company is celebrating the result of the test, which saw the truck driven into the self-watering surface-mounted planter at 30mph in a horizontal impact test held at the beginning of autumn. Following the impact, the truck ended up on top of the planter and was immobilised. More Website
