£2.2M REVAMP DEAL FOR RUSSELLS CONSTRUCTION

Russells Construction has been appointed contractor for a £2.2m contract with landowner Royal London Asset Management and development management partner Industrial Securities, for the refurbishment of a 35,000 sq ft office building at Atlantic Park. Having won the contract on competitive tender, Russells will be responsible for the internal fit out, mechanical and electrical engineering works, replacement roof, car park and external landscaping. Russells Construction has developed a specialism for high quality office refurbishments and new build commercial developments.

COOL AIR CURTAINS DOWN UNDER

JS Air Curtains has supplied six Zen air curtains to The Reef Hotel Casino in Cairns, Australia. The units were installed to help solve a condensation problem due to an average daily maximum outdoor temperature of 29°C. Glyn Wakeman, Sales Engineer at Haden, commented, “…Since the Zen air curtains from JS have been installed, which come on as the doors open by relays - no BMS involved, they’ve stopped the hot air blowing in.” More.
