The Shiatsu Centre in Bread Street offers classes and treatment sessions for children and babies. On Mondays you can book for Gentle Touch for Parents and Children - group classes where you and your child can give and receive Shiatsu massage to and from each other. The classes are £8 for 2 and have been successful in helping children from ages 3-10 years with sleep difficulties, various aches and pains, hyper and low energy issues and digestive / bowel complaints.
