Now let's see how my office location - the Paramount Building - looked in the swinging '20s and radical '60s and compare it with how it looks today on your next visit!

Mental Coaching Helps

Train your mind for success in business and sports and you gain a huge advantage over your adversaries!

One thing educators forgot to teach us in school were the mental skills. They did a great job teaching us how to write and speak, a reasonable job showing us math and science, and maybe even a great job telling us about history and facts and how to be a law abiding citizen in a free society (or at least most of us!).  But what they forgot to teach us were perhaps the most important messages of all: how to use our minds effectively for well being and success! We learned hopelessly little about proper focus and concentration, almost nothing about imagery and goal setting, and rarely explored proper relaxation training or goal-setting. On top of that, confidence wasn't even discussed and emotional control was an alien! That - my good friends,  family, colleagues and clients - is why I love helping people improve  greatly by training their minds.  Since so few people manage themselves well mentally, it' presents a huge competitive advange to those who do! Call me today at 561-596-9898 if you would like to get started.  A good mind is a bad thing to waste!

I speak with the
Pittsburgh Post Gazette today about quarterback Ben Roethlisberger who faces a battery of tests to assess his personality and determine his course of treatment. In the article by Michael A. Fuoco, we discuss what these athletes may face when they are evaluated. You can read the article here!
