We will be offering our KM classes online through zoom for the reduced price of $10/family this month!

Dear Parents & Students,
With August's arrival, we are just weeks away from welcoming you back! As long as York Region stays in stage 3, the school will reopen for in-person delivery come September. You are free to choose to continue or switch between online and in-person lessons - for more information on accessing online sessions & our updated school policies on masks/face shields, please scroll:)
We would also like to extend a sincere farewell to students who will not be back in September. This year has presented many challenges for everyone, and we would like to thank you for your time growing with us.

Yamaha Grade Exam Results
We'd like to extend a congratulations to all our students who have taken Exams this last week! Examiners will be sending exam results in emails over the next few weeks. Certificates will be included in your material packages. |

Online sessions access come September
As you know, we are offering all of our classes in both online and in-person formats. By now, everyone enrolled for Yamaha Group Classes should have received confirmation emails along with links to ZOOM sessions for those who wish to continue online.
Video recordings of the group classes will be made available and can be accessed via Student's account in WellnessLiving system.
Please make sure to reach out to us ahead of time if you need help logging into your student's WellnessLiving accounts!
Also, please note that due to copyright, sessions will only be available for watching online, and will not be downloadable. Sessions will be available for one week from upload until the next session is up. |

Updated September School Policy
As York Region is now in stage 3, we are preparing to reopen for in-person delivery come September! Although you are free to choose and switch between online and in-person delivery, there are some occasions upon which online access will be necessary. Please see our school policy linked at the bottom of this email.

Face Masks & Shields
As per Government mandate, face shields will be required for all singing activities. For students in JAC 1 & up, face covering will be required at all times. Face masks will also be mandatory for parents.
Complimentary Face Shields
Students will each be recieving one complimentary face shield for the entire school year. Kids' friendly designs will be available for our youngest students (see to the left for the examples) .
Please ensure to bring it to every class in order to attend!

We will only be able to provide one complimentary mask so please note that if lost or forgotten, we have a limited quantity for which there will be a replacement cost.
In-Person rules / Online Program Access:
- JMC 1&2, YMC 1 one parent per student
- JMC 4 / YMC 3 & up, students attend alone, parents may join online
- Students/parents who are sick will not be allowed on school premises and must attend online instead
