We are now only a week away from welcoming our new & returning students for the 2026-2027 academic year!
Our first week of classes will be September 8-14!

This program is designed to help babies and toddlers start socializing, develop spatial awareness and a sense of rhythm and phonetics through music. Email us to register for the free demo class on September 16!
NEW: CHOIR PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AGE 6+
We are excited to announce our new group choir class led by Mr. Mahdi! This new program will cover everything from developing healthy vocal technique, building confidence, singing a wide repertoire of popular and multicultural tunes, and learning music theory to develop well rounded musicians. Email us to ask about our next trial class!

We continue to offer a hybrid attendance model whereby you may attend classes in-person or online!
Sick policy: We kindly ask you to let us know and stay home if the student or accompanying adult are experiencing symptoms of the common cold. You may always attend the lesson online. Thank you for helping us keep our school safe for everyone!
If your child suffers from seasonal allergies, asthma, or other chronic conditions that may cause a persistent cough or runny nose, please let us and your teacher know before the classes start. Please wear a mask if coughing and sneezing.
Online attendance: Online group class access details including Zoom Link, Meeting Id and Passcodes are available as follows:
- Yamaha Group Students can find these details in the weekly class reminders sent via email 24 hours prior to each class.
- Individual Students will need to call/email us to provide the lesson zoom link.

Accessing Group Class Recordings & MP3's |

For our Yamaha Group Students, we will continue offering access to the video recording of the latest class. The video recording of the class will be uploaded within 24hours after the class completion and will remain available for 1 week until it is replaced by the next week's video. Please note: due to system limitations and copyright issues, we are unable to keep more than one video per class, and we cannot fulfill custom requests to hold class recordings longer to accommodate vacation schedules/absences.
Class Recording Access: The video recordings can be accessed through student's Wellnessliving Profile. Access to the Student's Portal is available on our website under "Student Portal Login". To log in, please use the primary email as the username, and Welcome288 as your password unless you have since changed it. You may also "Reset your password". Our Video Recording repository includes supplemental videos such as Year 1 Program Orientation, Basic Music Theory and more. We encourage you to explore all videos accessible to the students! If you require any assistance accessing your account, please email us at info@88keys.ca
Yamaha MP3 Tracks: You can access the music tracks for your respective class via QR codes included inside the front or back cover of your music books. Scan the QR code with your phone to open a page full of tracks ready for you to listen & play along!

Meet our new mascot, Keysy!
Keysy has arrived at 88Keys to guide students of all ages on their musical journey. His mission is to be an encouraging voice that inspires our student's musical curiosity, celebrates every achievement, fosters connection within the school, and makes everyone feel welcome. He will soon be appearing across all 88Keys platforms including our website, social media, music materials, events, etc. so be on the lookout! He looks forward to welcoming everyone back and getting our new students into good habits with our upcoming practice challenge! |

Attention songbirds! We are excited to announce our new group choir program!
This program combines vocal ensemble performance with functional musicianship so that students develop both their voices and musical literacy. Unlike the standard choir, this comprehensive vocal ensemble program integrates applied music theory into every session, creating well rounded musicians. We welcome children ages 6+, and adults!
Duration: 37 weeks of 55min classes over the academic year.
Price: Program tuition is $1350 if paid in full, or $1500 total if paid monthly.

The Music & Motion program is designed to help babies and toddlers start socializing, develop spatial awareness and a sense of rhythm and phonetics through music. Each class has a wide range of activities for you and your baby/toddler to do together, including singing, dancing, instrument exploration, and cuddling for story time! Our fun musical activities are meant to get babies moving, vocalizing, and feeling rhythms.
Schedule: 45min class Wednesday mornings @10am

Under the instruction of Mr. Kristian, students learn to perform fun and amazing up-close magic, create personalized illusions, and build self confidence in public speaking, acting, performance art, and socializing with peers. Classical Guitar & Piano Lessons w/Mr. Mahdi:
Mahdi Vojdani is a conductor, composer, guitar and piano performer, and music educator with a deep passion for inspiring the next generation of musicians. With over 15 years of teaching experience including at the university level, and with several composing awards and instrumental albums, he brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every lesson!

Violin Lessons w/Mr. Kristian:
Though typically a challenging instrument to begin, the violin is beautifully rewarding to the dedicated student. Under Mr. Kristian's instruction, students will learn to play in either RCM or Suzuki or a mix of both curriculums depending on age, experience, and interest. Beyond learning proper playing technique, performance, and expression, students also develop their standing posture and discipline for musical practice. Lessons available Saturdays and Wednesdays. |

1 review per calendar year, per platform = 50 points = $25 credit
Video review: answer 3 questions in a short video about your experience with the Yamaha group classes at our school = 50 points for each student who appears in a video review, and 50 points for one parent (points not awarded beyond first parent's review).
