You Can't Catch a Virus From a Webinar -
But You Can Get Your Staff Trained or
Solve Some of Those Nagging Problems
Travel is restricted for almost everyone, but that doesn't mean that we can't accomplish something. ACCTA has been offering remote training and consulting for over a decade, and we have the tools and content available to help your staff, even if they are not in the lab, or even the building.
Here are some options for you to consider:
- Are your lab staff just not very efficient using OpenLab Chemstation? Not a problem. Download the flyer for Secrets of OpenLab ChemStation and look at the four options available. These are all practical, user-focused training sessions by a live ChemStation user. And if you are still using spreadsheets for summary calcuations, order the Intelligent Reporting option and eliminate those spreadsheets.
- Have you switched to OpenLab CDS 2.x? Nothing you learned with ChemStation will help here. But we can help. Download the flyer for Secrets of OpenLab CDS 2.x. The software is fast and efficient, if you know how to use it.
- For more options, check out our Webinar options at www.accta.com.
- Are you experiencing nagging method problems?
- Retention times shifting?
- Peak shape problems?
- Reproducibility issues?
- We can offer extensive troubleshooting expertise remotely. Access to your instrument directly is even possible.
Webinar Details
- Each session is approximatetly two hours

- For the next two months we are waiving the requirement that all attendees be in the same room. People can login from any location, as long as everyone is from the same lab location.

Thought For The Day
"Biological workers were shy of mathematics and certainly to begin with felt that the statistician should only be called in after the data had been collected. When they went to Fisher, however, they found that, even as he interpreted their current results, they were being led to consider the lessons in design to be learned from the experiment already done and planning how best to proceed in order to elicit more informative results in the future. Their experiences demonstrated the benefits of discussion with Fisher before doing the experiment. It became evident that a statistician, like a physician, needs to be called into consultation early. He can sometimes manage to retrieve results from a sick experiment. He can carry out a post mortem on one that died. But his preferred task must be to assure the grounds of health from the beginning, so that the experiment shall have a good chance of leading a productive life and weathering the accidents to which it is exposed.
