Dr. Marty S and Dr. Ryan P attended our June Emergency Medicine Class. You might ask, why are we telling you about these two ED physicians? Well that’s because these 2 American physicians (who do not know each other) accepted contracts for work in Australia and New Zealand respectively. As part of their employment benefits their hospitals paid for educational training opportunities. Still not out of the norm, however they both (again they do not know each other) chose to come to AHEC for their Emergency Ultrasound training at the exact same time for our June class, talk about coincidence!
