CHAPTERS WITH SUBORDINATE EIN’S MUST FILE WITH IRS

There are a number of chapters that have lost their tax exempt status because the chapter failed to properly file with the IRS. The process to regain their tax-exempt status is costly and time consuming. Please be sure your chapter makes ANNUAL filing a part of chapter business!

Click here to learn more about how and when to file your chapter's taxes...

Please feel free to contact the National Office at (816) 373-8667 with questions or concerns regarding this process.
