Chapter Officer Portal Open for Business
The Alpha Phi Omega National Office is excited to announce the launch of the Chapter Officer Portal (OP). Through the OP, chapter officers can submit new pledges and initiates, and manage chapter officers and rosters - drastically reducing the need for paper. OP access is officer specific so only chapter officers and advisors, sectional chairs, and members of the Board of Directors can access the system.

Chapter officers and advisory chairs can log in to www.apo.org and download a training video about the Chapter Officer Portal.

ATTENTION LARGE CHAPTERS!!!!

The Fraternity is piloting a new program this summer-- Membership University. This program is similar to Membership Academy, however it is specifically geared toward chapters with 75 or more members. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to: non-performing officers and chapter members, retention, separating personal and chapter business, communication, and succession planning. The course is primarily for chapter presidents, vice presidents of membership and fellowship, pledge trainers, and brothers who are dedicated to enhancing their chapter’s programs.

Celebrate the 16th Annual Absolutely Incredible Kid Day - March 15, 2012

What’s so absolutely incredible?

Kids. They’re absolutely incredible. And each year on the third Thursday in March (
March 15, 2012), Camp FireUSA wants parents and adults everywhere to let kids know just how amazing and valuable they are.

Absolutely Incredible Kid Day® is a national letter-writing campaign where kids receive letters of support, love and encouragement from parents and adults. It only takes a few minutes to jot a note that will be remembered and appreciated for a lifetime. The positive impact of these letters on kids is what Absolutely Incredible Kid Day® is all about.
