Earn Your Chapter Double the Money with Shop2Care November 18 - December 2

Shop2Care will give chapters $2 per person who registers and dowloads the Shop2Care browser app under your school name November 18 - December 2! Alpha Phi Omega's partnership with Shop2Care is an easy way to earn money for your programs, especially for the next two weeks.

Here's what your chapter needs to know:

• Get as many people as possible to sign up and download the browser app by January 31, 2015, using the partner site here.
• Each person who registers must do so under your chapter (using the school name in the drop down options) and they must complete the download for you to get credit.
  
• Your chapter will earn $2 per person who completes the download now through December 2, 2014. (After December 2, the amount earned will return to $1 per person.)
• The top three chapters who have the most people sign up and download the app will earn a bonus of up to $1,000.
• Those who register can shop online as they normally would and have a rebate from their purchases go to charity.

This program is completely free and all you have to do is share the information and get brothers, friends and family to register and download the app!

Thank you to all of the chapters who met the November 15 deadline for Reaffirmation, AAMD and required reporting!

Continue to make ongoing updates to your chapter profile in the Chapter Officer Portal to ensure that needed information is always reported in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind these two upcoming due dates for items that can be done in the OP:

• Report December Graduates - December 1
• 2015 Youth Service Grant Application - February 2, 2015

The following future items can be handled through the OP as well:

• Additional Service Project Report
• Honorary Membership Application
• Financial Review/Inspection Notification Form
• No Ritual Ceremony Report
• DSK Award Recipient

There have been chapters that lost their tax exempt status because they failed to properly file with the IRS. The process to regain tax-exempt status is costly and time consuming, so do not neglect your chapter's tax responsibilities.

Make sure you and your chapter are ready for the trip the Chicago. Download the Chapter Convention Bulletin for the Roll Call Contest rules, hotel information, award nomination forms, things to do around the Windy City and more.

Your chapter's Voting Delagates play an important role in our Convention. Check to see that your delagates have registered for Convention and downloaded the Voting Delegate Handbook. Voting Delegates should also complete the online orientation before Convention.
