Welcome to the first edition of the ACVH "Pet Pipeline" e-Newsletter! We hope you will find our newsletters to be informative, interesting, and a fun way to stay involved at ACVH. We have been working to improve hospital/client communications, including updating our website, and Facebook announcements. It is important to us that we provide our clients with pet health care information, discounts, contests, adoptables, and upcoming events! February is Dental Month!
Does your pet have bad breath? It is possible he, or she, may need a dental cleaning! Presence of periodontal disease can lead to oral pain and bad breath (halitosis). At ACVH, we will scale, polish and offer a sealant to slow or prevent quick buildup of tartar on teeth. During the month of February our dentals will be priced at a huge discount of $550 for dogs and $350 for cats! Dont delay, call our office for more details, and to make your pets appointment today!

Do you like to hit the slopes?
ACVH is raffling 2 all-day lift tickets to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe! To enter simply purchase a 6 month supply of Trifexis, Comfortis, or Revolution! That’s it! Drawing to be held on February 14th. In the winter months it is vital that your pet’s flea & heartworm prevention be maintained. So remember to protect your pet, and you could be skiing Tahoe soon!

Ready for another 50/50 Raffle?
April is the ASPCA "Prevention to Cruelty to Animals Month". So to show our support, we are holding another 50/50 raffle! Half the jackpot will go to the Napa Humane Society, and the other half could go to you!! Our last 50/50 winner took home over $100! So show your support for animals, and drop by the office to buy your tickets today!

May is National Pet Month!
Does your pet know any cool tricks, or possess a special talent? Can you catch it on video? If so, you could win the ACVH "Most Talented Pet" contest! In honor of National Pet Month, ACVH wants to showcase your special pet!
On May 17th, ACVH staff will choose 3 finalists, BUT, our Facebook followers will decide the winner! The video with the most votes will be named ACVH's "Most Talented Pet" on May 31st! You may send your entry to us by email, or via our Facebook page along with your name, the name of your pet, & your contact info. The winner will receive a prize for both pet & owner!

Help Us Help The
Homeless!
ACVH is now helping both the Humane Society of the North Bay, and the Napa Humane Society, by featuring shelter pets in the Pet Pipeline, and on our Facebook page. You can find information about the pets we showcase at our office as well. Our goal is to help these pets find their "forever homes"!
Meet Justin.
He is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs about 7 pounds. He is a reserved fellow and can be a bit timid. He will need someone who can spend some time to help bring him out of his shell. Once he warms up to you, he is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves to be petted and lounge on a comfy lap. Walks are fine with him but he likes to go slow and take in all the sights, sounds, and smells. Sometimes he prefers to be carried instead of actually walking! Will you be his new best friend?
