Now Open: BakingTech 2017 Call for Papers!

This year's BakingTech was a great success, and we are looking forward to BakingTech, "Diversity - It's All in the Mix", to be held February 26-28, 2017. We want attendees to be educated and inspired after each talk, and we need you to make this happen!

ASB invites you to submit a paper proposal and share your knowledge, experience and solutions with industry representatives from around the nation.

We can all attest that the world is changing at a very rapid pace.  DIVERSITY can be seen in nearly every aspect of the grain-based food industry.  The topics below are areas that will teach and better prepare us for the challenges as well as the opportunities that lie ahead!
  • Harnessing the Power of Social Media
  • Utilizing Today's Technology
  • Exploring Alternative Ingredients
  • Expanding into Non-Traditional Products
  • Developing Company Cultures
  • Understanding the Standards
  • Training - Best Practices
  • Sustainability - Case Studies
We welcome all submissions, but will have the highest consideration for those papers addressing the subjects specified in the above list.  Visit our website to learn more about the topics, call for papers, and to submit your proposal today.  The submission site will remain open until May 13.
