ASB Past Chairman Bill Zimmerman, Jr., Program Chair Theresa Cogswell, the 2018 Planning Committee and Staff thank you for attending BakingTech 2018!
 
On February 28, during the Board of Director's meeting, the gavel was passed to Paul Rainey.  Please join ASB staff in welcoming Paul as the Society's 2018-19 Chairman. Paul and his Program Chair, Trent Wanamaker, have already started planning BakingTech 2019!
BakingTech 2018 Survey
Please let us know your experience at BakingTech 2018!  For those who attended the annual ASB conference in Chicago, you were sent the following survey: BakingTech 2018 Post-Meeting Survey

Please let us know what went right and what went wrong. This information will be used by the BakingTech 2019 Planning Committee and the MarketPlace Committee to address any issues prior to next year's conference. The deadline for completing the survey is Friday, March 16th.

Overview: The simplest maintenance strategy is to execute run to failure maintenance (also known as "run to fail"). In this strategy, assets are deliberately allowed to operate until they break down, at which point reactive maintenance is preformed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what leads to reactive maintenance and tactical strategies for getting out of run to fail.
  • Each attendee should expect to leave the workshop with a strategy plan which they build from the ideas shared and learned during the workshop.

The Sanitary Design Workshop is a unique educational opportunity presented by experts who are “in the trenches”- employed in processing facilities.
