The Best Week in Baking, taking place February 26 - 28, 2017, will host an exceptional lineup of speakers in Chicago this year.  In keeping with this year's theme - DIVERSITY - It's All in the Mix - the program will encompass presentations on diversity of thought, people and processes to help your organization grow in today's challenging environment.

Register now and save.  Online & advance registration will close February 17, 2017.  All registration fees will increase by $100 after February 17 and will need to be purchased onsite at the Hilton Chicago starting at 1pm on Saturday, February 25.

The industry's best and brightest will take center stage February 26 - 28, 2017, in Chicago when the awardees of the American Society of Baking's Innovation Awards Program will be showcased during the MarketPlace 2017/  We are pleased to announce the following awardees:

In Memory Of:
Sidney Bare, III

Sid Bare passed away on January 26, 2017.  He graduated from Randolph Macon Academy and Washington College in Virginia and was a World War II Air Force Veteran and in the Korean War Reserves.  Sid worked in the Baking Industry for nearly 50 years and was a long time member of ASB.  A devoted family man,  Sid was a good and generous friend to all he met.
