Beware of Unauthorized Use of the 3-A Symbol |
ASB wishes to make our membership aware of food production/processing equipment providers/fabricators that are using the 3-A Symbol without authorization.
3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. (3-A SSI) licenses the use of the 3-A Symbol to companies around the world for equipment that meets 3-A-developed standards for sanitary design and fabrication. A growing number of equipment suppliers are using the trademarked 3-A Symbol without authorization, many of which are located in China.
Below are a series of links to help you learn more of these fraudulent uses of the 3-A name and certification mark, and how to identify authorized licensees.
