 Submit Today: BakingTech 2018 Call for Papers Closes After May 16!

Last call to  submit a paper proposal and share your knowledge, experience and solutions with industry representatives from around the nation at BakingTech 2018, "Sustainability - Success Through People, Products and Productivity", to be held February 25 - 27, 2018.  BakingTech 2018 will feature current ideas, best practices, insights, case studies, and lots of social networking.  We want attendees to be educated and inspired after each talk, and we need you to make this happen!  

We can all attest that the world is changing at a very rapid pace.  SUSTAINABILITY can be seen in nearly every aspect of the grain-based food industry.  This is your opportunity to take part in presenting ideas that ensure sustainable success for the Baking Industry through our People, Products and Productivity. The topics below are areas that will teach and better prepare us for the challenges as well as the opportunities that lie ahead!
We welcome all submissions, but will have the highest consideration for those papers addressing the subjects specified in the above list. Visit our website to learn more about the above listed topics and call for papers, and submit your proposal today. The submission site will remain open until May 16.
 Baking Hall of Fame Nominations

The Baking Hall of Fame is an initiative of the American Society of Baking recognize industry innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.  The individuals selected into the Hall of Fame are recognized for their achievements in organizational growth and development, equipment design and innovation, advancements in ingredients technology and processing or related service to the commercial baking industry.

Why should you nominate someone?   Fred Springer of Burford and John Del Campo of REPCO explain why the Hall of Fame is so important to the industry.

Nominations for the 2018 Hall of Fame are now being accepted. If you nominated someone for the 2017 Hall of Fame, you do not have to re-nominate them.  The deadline for nominations is September 1.

2017/18 Membership Renewal Season Opens Soon!

Mark your calendars today because July 1 officially opens the 2017/18 renewal season.

For the second year in a row, you'll be able to renew as early as June. On June 1 emails will be sent to all eligible members that renewal orders have been placed in accounts and are available for payment.
