"What's New?"
  • Bakery Tour.  On October 28, ASB Headquarters staff - Amanda Gonzalez, Tawnee Shuey and Kent Van Amburg, toured Michel's Bakery in Philadelphia, PA.  The tour was kindly arranged by Irwin Matheson, a 50+ year ASB member and was hosted by Jon Liss, the President of Michel's Bakery.  Fortunately for ASB staff, Thursday was brownie day and they were presented with a box of brownies to take home with them.  In addition to education about the baking process, the tour gave staff the opportunity to ask Jon and his engineers questions about how ASB can help Michel's Bakery become more efficient and profitable.

If you bakery is in the Philadelphia area and you would like to host the ASB staff to a tour in 2011, please contact Kent Van Amburg.
