ASB is accepting applications for the 2017 Innovation Awards program, which celebrates industry leaders and companies in the grain-based food industry for their innovative development and implementation of leading edge products, equipment design and advancements in ingredient technology.  

Please visit the Innovation Awards main page to learn more about the program and submit an application today.  Applications will be accepted through December 9, 2016.

Finalists will be selected in three categories: Health, Nutrition and Wellness, Eco Design and Sustainable Technologies and Operational Excellence.  Winners will be announced in late January and will be honored at BakingTech and MarketPlace 2017, which will be held in Chicago, Illinois on February 26 - 28, 2017.

ASB encourages suppliers throughout the grain-based foods industry - manufacturers, distributors, and service and ingredient providers - to submit applications. 
 BakingTech 2017 Highlights

The Best Week in Baking, taking place February 26 - 28, 2017, will host an exceptional lineup of speakers in Chicago this year.  In keeping with this year's theme - DIVERSITY - It's All in the Mix - the program will encompass presentations on diversity of thought, people and processes to help your organization grow in today's challenging environment.

 Membership Renewal - The First Step in BakingTech Registration

BakingTech registration is now open and your membership renewal is the first step to registering at the discounted member rates.

To obtain member attendee prices for BakingTech 2017, your 2016/17 dues must be paid and current.  Renewals can be completed by clicking on the Renew Membership Dues link below.  Please note, dues must be current before registering online for the conference.

 Beware of Housing Scams!

As you are preparing your travel plans for February, remember you can be scammed.  We have received reports that other companies are posing as official housing vendors for BakingTech 2017.  These unscrupulous firms have not been authorized to handle housing, nor are they affiliated with BakingTech 2017 in any capacity.

Please be advised that all hotel reservations for BakingTech 2017 should be made directly with the HILTON CHICAGO, our headquarters hotel.  No other housing company has access to the ASB discounted room block at the Hilton Chicago.  Please make reservations directly with the Hilton by calling (877) 865-5320 or visit the official hotel information page on ASB's website.
