MarketPlace 2016 Exhibitor Registration Coming Soon!

Exhibitor registration for MarketPlace 2016 is scheduled to open October 13, 2015.  Mark this important date on your calendars!

In the spring, we announced that the MarketPlace would be moving to new and improved space for 2016.  We listened to your concerns and the new space will enhance the exhibitor experience in that all table tops be in one 40,000 sq. ft. of space instead of two exhibit halls, offering better lighting and a feel of a ballroom setting.

New space isn't the only change this year!  ASB will be instituting a new table top assignment policy  for MarketPlace 2016.  All table tops will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitors may request up to six (6) table top choices.  The date on which the contract and payment is received by ASB will be the date used when determining the order of the assignment of the table top space.  Every effort will be made to honor all requests for specific table top assignments; however, there is no guarantee that any particular request will be accommodated.  If your choices have already been assigned to another exhibitor, you will be contacted by ASB staff to discuss table top availability and an alternative assignment.

Don't miss your opportunity to reserve a prime table top space at MarketPlace 2016 - registration opens on October 13.  Please visit the ASB MarketPlace website for more information on exhibitor registration rates, payment policies, and rules & regulations.
Sponsors of 2016 ASB Baking Hall of Fame

The following companies are sponsoring the 2016 ASB Hall of Fame.  Their generous support will enable ASB to continue to honor the founders, innovators and leaders of our great industry.  Please be sure to thank them.

 Speaker Sponsorships for BakingTech 2016

The BakingTech 2016 Planning Committee has developed a program that includes speakers from outside the baking industry who will present examples of innovations which have led to growth within their industry.

Speaker Sponsorships will enable ASB to attract these speakers from outside the industry who charge speaker fees/honorariums which are not required by our traditional ASB member/industry speakers.  Your partnership will help to improve the educational opportunities during BakingTech without increasing the costs of registration for attendees to the conference.

Partners will receive recognition in the BakingTech final program, conference app, website, on signage at conference and in social media.

Sponsorship Forms are available by clicking here.

 2016 Product Development Competition

Building upon the success of the inaugural year, the Product Development Competition is returning for year two with slightly revised rules and a new theme.  The category for 2016 is "Breakfast Bakery Products".  These products should be at least 51% (total formulation) in grains or grain based flour and show a room temperature stability for 3 days.

Individual bakery professionals and student teams are invited to participate.  Judges will be evaluating the potential success of product entries in today's market and technical problem solving skills used in product development.  The deadline for the Preliminary Proposal is November 13.  The complete rules and application forms can be found at http://www.asbe.org/pdc-main/.
