Detail of " Metamorphosis. by Robin Maynard -Dobbs
In the last newsletter, Open to the Unknown, we spoke about how caterpillars form a chrysalis to transform into butterflies and the whole structure of the caterpillar dissolves into a liquid of many cells. As the “imaginal cells” prevail, emerging from the cocoon is a creature transformed into the light body and shimmering wings of the butterfly.
In this flowdream, I take you on a journey so you can experience this transformation for yourself. The caterpillar spins a web of fine silk and disappears into the cocoon, not knowing what will appear in the other side. Let us play with how it would feel to dissolve and surrender to trust there is a loving presence that safely directs the entire process.
Here is an excerpt from the flowdream audio:
This time is asking you to step into new vibration…. to become more than your past and open to a new future. To soften into spaciousness … to discover the still point that’s in the center of your being, to experience and embody this center with dignity and grace. With new open space, fresh ideas and ways of being have room to grow, to come alive… Bursting into song....opening to possibility…become delighted and surprised by your own unique form of creativity.
