Greetings!

Congratulations to Central Section for an inspirational Symposium March 10-11 in lovely San Luis Obispo. The very collegial team of CMC-Central Board, San Luis Obispo County Office of Education and Lucia Mar USD planned and coordinated an enjoyable two days of thoughtful mathematical sharing, questioning and commitment.

Keynote speaker, Peg Cagle, pushed participants to go deeper and deeper with our reflections about aspirations, barriers and actions. Furthermore, the knowledgeable session presenters coordinated detailed, practical explorations of Number Talks, Universal Design in Mathematics, Mathematical Discourse, Supporting Sense-making and Creating Rich Mathematical Environments.

Thank you for all your efforts!
