The Truth About The World’s Savior
From Today's Readings:

Monday of the Fourth Week of Easter

Alleluia

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
I am the good shepherd, says the Lord;
I know my sheep, and mine know me.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

"What lasts forever is the risen Christ, his word and his Church. Christ and the Church are always and everywhere an original voice. They don’t quite fit into any particular society. Christ is the universal savior; he can’t be co-opted by any group or country. The Church is catholic; she can’t be sectarian. The Church speaks in the whole world’s name as she tells each person and each people the truth about the world’s savior: Christ is risen. He is free and powerful, and if you trust your lives to him, you will live forever."

There are so many messages today grabbing for our attention.

Likewise, we have our own contribution to make a positive difference in the world.

Chasing after activity can be exhausting. This is why I say, just do it for yourself, and if others listen that is okay too.

What this does is, once you and I are gone, the people who will miss us will have a record of the person that we were.

Thanks for Reading.

 Make it a great week. See you back here again next Monday.

Frank J Casella, CMCS-Director
