Make Sure You Continue to Get Manhood Monday: Mail providers now apply additional filtering measures. This can lead to mails from CMCS ending up in your spam folder ... or not at all ... even though CMCS is not listed as suspicious.
To remedy this, you can whitelist cmcs@cmcsarchchicago.org in your mail account settings. In addition, with some providers you can also set the option "Do not treat contacts in your address book as spam". In such cases it is advisable to set up the e-mail address mentioned as your contacts. The setting methods for this differ from provider to provider. Therefore we can only give the general instruction that you can usually find them in the setting options of your mail box.

What's In Your Heart
From Today's Readings:

Memorial of Saint Ambrose, Bishop and Doctor of the Church

Alleluia

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Behold the king will come, the Lord of the earth,
and he himself will lift the yoke of our capacity.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Jesus says, “what are you thinking in your hearts”?

As Men we are natural ‘problem solvers’.  God made us this way.  Thus, when you believe in the power of the Lord, Jesus, He will show you a better way to solve your problems. You will see incredible things.

Start each day praying ”The Man’s Prayer“ or ”The Prayer for Employment“.  Many Men have said this has transformed their hearts in an incredible way.

Photo: What's In Your Heart
We all make decisions every day.

When we say 'yes' to one thing, then it is at the cost of many 'no's'.

We all have a hole in our hearts that need to be filled. What we fill into that void determines our world view.

Said another way, what goes into your mind is what's in your heart. If you want to change your life, change what goes into your mind.

For example, focus on serving others, and less on self.

For those of us who believe, when we open our mind and say 'yes' to God, and let Him dwell in our hearts, then what we say 'no' to is a sacrifice that makes life worth living.

We no longer feel that void, because our hearts are overfilled with a true joy and love that radiates to others, and makes the world a better place to live.

Thanks for Reading.

Make it a great week. See you back here again next Monday.

Frank J Casella, CMCS-Director
