Unplugging from the Digital World: Finding Renewal during Lent.

 

The season of Lent calls us to refocus our thoughts and energies towards our spiritual well-being. Yet, in a world consumed by constant connectivity, it can be a challenge to silence the ever-present digital distractions.

 

Let's face it, our smartphones have become a magnet for our attention, designed to keep us hooked. But amidst the endless scrolling and notifications, have we lost touch with what truly matters?

 

Join us and other CMCS Men on Monday evening as we delve into the topic of balancing our digital and real lives. Uncover the ways in which our digital distractions may be hindering our spiritual growth, and discover strategies to reclaim our focus and find peace in the present moment.
