Dear Men of Catholic Men Chicago Southland,
Daily television newscasts and newspapers leave us with many agonizing questions about life and our future and where leadership is taking us. We are aware that we need a power above us to help us navigate through life with some semblance of meaning and purpose and to be of help to those we love.
Recent studies tell us that Dads determine the church habits of their children and thus to a signficant degree their eternal destiny. According to one study, if a father doesnʼt go to church no matter how faithful the mother is, only one child in fifty will become regular church goers.
We try to make a difference with CMCS. But we leave the results to God. God has directed us to provide our services at no charge to Catholic men that desire to initiate and lead the spiritual transformation of their lives, families, and community. Nevertheless, CMCS does incur costs that are not covered by our several programs each year.
